Our work follows clear principles that place people at the center of innovative projects. Our methods are based on Design Thinking, system design, service design and interaction design. As a team, we are very familiar with the theoretical and practical implications of these methods.

We work with formats that enable new learning as the basis for processes of social change. We promote creative collaborations and offer a space for training and exchange, for experimentation and development.

We do not provide solutions, but work together with organizations to create meaningful concepts that we then help to implement in practice. Our interest is the development of new responses to societal challenges addressed by organizations.

The sustainable acquisition of individual and organizational skills is very important to us. We not only want our partners to look back on a successful project, but also to be able to integrate these newly learned skills in their daily work on a meaningful and long term basis.
